📦 SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

At KE Couture, we’re committed to making your shopping experience seamless and stylish. Please review our shipping and return policies below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days after processing.

Please note: During holidays or promotional events, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once an order is in transit, KE Couture is not responsible for any carrier-related delays or issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. KE Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

🔁 RETURNS

We totally get it—sometimes it’s just not the right fit! KE Couture gladly accepts returns for store credit only.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, and damage

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • Postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Accessories and jewelry

  • Bodysuits and intimates

  • Gift cards

  • Holiday or seasonal items

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at team@kecouture.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Once approved, ship your return to:

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit via email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

💳 STORE CREDIT

  • Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

  • KE Couture does not issue refunds to the original payment method.

❗ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Received something wrong or damaged?
Email team@kecouture.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll make it right!

When will my order ship?

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 7–10 business days after processing. Timing may vary by carrier and location.

Do you offer express shipping?
Not at this time. We’re working on expanding our shipping options!

Do you ship internationally?
KE Couture currently ships within the U.S. only.

How do I return an item?
Email team@kecouture.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship it to our return address. We offer store credit only for eligible returns.

Do you offer refunds?
No. We provide store credit only for eligible returns, and it never expires!

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
Email team@kecouture.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos so we can assist quickly.

Where’s my package?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it’s marked delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office. KE Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
