KE Couture is an online boutique offering women's clothing and accessories. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, or merchants.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. KE Couture reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any time. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

We accept most major credit cards and payment platforms. All prices are listed in USD.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States and offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Processing times vary but typically range from 1–3 business days. KE Couture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address entries.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Final sale items, accessories, and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. KE Couture reserves the right to revoke or cancel promotions at any time.
